KRISHNA REDDY WAS A PROMINENT INDIAN PRINT MAKER AND ARTIST RENOWNED FOR HIS INNOVATIVE CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE FIELD OF PRINTMAKING. HE STUDIED AT THE DELHI POLYTECHNIC AND THEN WENT ON TO THE FACULTY OF FINE ARTS AT THE MAHARAJA SAYAJIRAO UNIVERSITY OF BARODA. HIS EDUCATION WAS MARKED BY HIS INTEREST IN TRADITIONAL INDIAN ART FORMS, WHICH HE LATER FUSED WITH MODERN TECHNIQUES. REDDY WAS ALSO A DEDICATED EDUCATOR. HE TAUGHT AT VARIOUS INSTITUTIONS, INCLUDING THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF DESIGN (NID) IN AHMEDABAD, WHERE HE INFLUENCED A NEW GENERATION OF ARTISTS AND PRINTMAKERS. HIS WORK WAS EXHIBITED WIDELY, BOTH IN INDIA AND INTERNATIONALLY. HIS PRINTS HAVE BEEN SHOWCASED IN PRESTIGIOUS VENUES SUCH AS THE MUSEUM OF MODERN ART IN NEW YORK AND THE INDIAN MUSEUM IN KOLKATA. REDDY RECEIVED SEVERAL AWARDS AND ACCOLADES FOR HIS CONTRIBUTIONS TO ART. HIS WORK IS CELEBRATED FOR ITS TECHNICAL INNOVATION AND ARTISTIC EXPRESSION.
